CBM Qatar continues to strengthen its reputation with project wins

CBM Qatar Integrated Facilities Management LLC (CBM Qatar) won 4 contracts with a combined value of 13 million Qatari riyal in the first half of 2014. The 4 contracts include 3 new project wins for Sabban Towers, Al Saya Building, and Al Majid Compound, as well as contract extension of Viv Bahriya Tower 18 (VB18), in Doha, Qatar.
Following its first win in 2012, CBM Qatar has again won a 2-year contract with Sabban Towers through a competitive tender process. Commencing in April 2014, the 2-year contract covers the following facilities management services: concierge; facilities maintenance; security; pest control; and landscaping.
The other 2 new projects for Al Saya Building and Al Majid Compound have begun in January 2014 and March 2014 respectively. Services provided include mechanical, electrical and plumbing services, facade cleaning and landscaping of the premises.
The renewed 1-year contract with VB18, which started in March 2014, sees the strategic partnership between CBM Qatar and building owner of VB18, Al Wabeth Property, entering its 4th consecutive year since its first appointment in 2011.
Launch of CBM Quest Newsletter

As part of CBM Qatar's efforts to engage owners and tenants of the developments it manages, a community newsletter -CBMQuest- has been developed and the inaugural issue was distributed to residents at Lagoon Plaza Towers today.
This quarterly publication aims to give readers an insight into activities at Lagoon Plaza Towers and provide a common platform for owners and residents to share information. CBM Qatar plans to roll out this initiative to other developments in future.
CBM Qatar awarded contract for Viva Bahriya, Tower 18

CBM Qatar successfully secured an IFM contract with yet another luxurious residential development, the Viva Bahriya Tower 18 (VB 18), located at the Pearl Qatar. Despite providing only soft services limited to environmental, security and handyman maintenance since October 2011, CBM Qatar impressed and won the confidence of the owner, Al Wathbeh Property, to secure the full IFM contract for the next year. CBM Qatar will manage VB 18 from March 2013 to February 2014.
With a highly capable team and experience gained from managing Sabban Towers and Lagoon Plaza Towers, CBM Qatar will provide an expanded range of quality services at VB18 and will work towards securing subsequent terms.
VB 18 comprises 172 apartment units and is surrounded by the sea on all three sides, offering unparalleled views of the marina. It encompass 1,2 and 3 bedrooms configuration with en-suite bathrooms, a spacious living and dining area, European style open kitchen, study room, maid's room and a balcony that allows home owners space to relax while enjoying breath taking views of the sea and marina. The building has direct access to the beach, a fully equipped gymnasium; outdoor Jacuzzi, swimming pools, and a children's play area.
CBM Qatar renews contract with Sabban Towers

Marking the year with yet another milestone, CBM Qatar successfully extended its contract with Sabban Towers for another two years after providing IFM services at the luxury residence last year.
CBM Qatar will continue to coordinate with specialist vendors and other contractors to manage and maintain facilities at the three 20-storey high towers which overlook Porto Arabia at the iconic island of The Pearl-Qatar.
Covering an area of over 19,000 sqm, Sabban Towers is one of the largest high-end residential projects on The Pearl-Qatar. The experienced team will continue to oversee a wide range of services including the management, M&E, security and environmental needs of the development.
CBM Qatar secures IFM contract for Lagoon Plaza Towers
CBM Qatar topped its latest list of achievements securing an Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) contract for the Lagoon Plaza Towers in Doha.
The uniquely designed Lagoon Plaza Towers is a key landmark in the Qatar capital and sits on a prime waterfront site overlooking the Arabian Gulf. Occupying an area of over 260,000 sqm, this striking project includes two 34-storey towers with 749 luxury residential apartments.
CBM Qatar's continual efforts to establish its presence in the Middle East region and its growing reputation as a company that consistently delivers effective, high quality and reliable Facility Management (FM) solutions was one of the key factors for its success.
Led by a multi-disciplinary team of professionals, CBM Qatar will provide services including cleaning, maintenance, security and concierge services aimed at maintaining and enhancing the asset value of the development.
CBM Qatar adds three new projects to its portfolio

CBM Qatar has recently secured three new projects, further cementing its position as a premier provider of integrated facilities management. The first is with Singapore Embassy – a two year cleaning contract that commenced on 1 February 2016. The contract covers cleaning and external façade cleaning together with mechanical and electrical services when required.
The other two new projects are two-year integrated facilities management contracts for Al Jasra Tower and Al Baraha Tower that began on 1 July 2016. Services provided include: management agent services, cleaning, landscaping, pest control, mechanical, electrical and general maintenance.
With the addition of these 3 new projects, CBM Qatar looks towards expanding its footprint within the Middle East market through the replication of our integrated facilities management model that is anchored in Singapore.
Sabban Towers reappoints CBM Qatar as IFM Partner
